Reservations & Deposits
Reservations are made when the payment (deposit) is received and in the order they are received.
Payment is due in full at the time of the reservation.
A deposit will hold your space with the final payment date indicated on each flyer.
Payments can be made at the Good to Know meetings or (or mail them to) the Good to Go office.

In order to make your vacation more stress-free, many of the tours have included the gratuities so you don't have to worry about who, when & how much. This is indicated on your flyer.
When included, the driver’s gratuity is typically industry standard of $1-$2 per person, per day.
Bad Weather Policy
As this is Oklahoma, we never really know, do we? In the case of bad weather, we will depend on our driver and the motor coach company to make the call on our travel plans. We never want to put anyone at risk, but we realize there are certain attractions that do not give refunds and therefore we may try a little harder to get there rather than lose our investment. We will use Grove radio station KGVE (99.3) to inform our travelers locally of cancellations or contingency plans.
When included, indicates the porterage has been paid on one (1) checked bag per person.
Each traveler is responsible for their carry-on or hand luggage. Please take into consideration you'll be handling that bag when you are packing it.

O'Daniel is one street north of downtown Grove. The Senior Center is located two blocks East of TH Lumber (formerly Sanco Lumber), next to the Grove Fire Station.
Very Important! The good folks at the Sr. Center have allowed us to use their parking lot and, if the Center is open, to come in and enjoy a cup of coffee and use restroom before we depart. Please respect their request that we park in the East lot, saving the first four spaces for their employees. Please ask if you do not know! We do not want to lose this nice privilege. FYI: the spaces marked with the Good to Go signs ARE reserved for the Senior Center personnel.
Once You are Good to Go
Daytrips & short trips, the necessary information will be printed on the flyer.
For our extended tours, you will receive information including a timed-itinerary, hotel listings, luggage tags, traveling tips, etc. about two weeks before the tour. For longer tours, a pre-departure meeting will be held to meet fellow travelers and review documents.
We ask that all our travelers sign a Travel Release and complete a medical information form before we go. The form asks for emergency contact numbers, and a list of current medications and conditions. This information will be kept confidential and will be used by the Tour Director only in case of emergency if needed to assist you. Please help us help you by being complete. We hope and pray we never have to look at it.
Good to Go Down the Road
Our motor coach tours are fully escorted, which means we've done the planning, you just sit back relax and enjoy! Sometimes we serve refreshments on the coach, but you are always welcome to bring your own snacks or enough to share! We suggest bottled water or travel mugs to prevent spills.
We stop every 2 hours for a rest break. We only use late model motor coaches with onboard restrooms, VCR/DVD players and comfortable reclining seats. Are you celebrating something? Make sure we know that you will be celebrating while traveling on a certain trip. When we are traveling on a Sunday we try to make arrangements for an informal 'devotion' time as time and space allows. This activity is not required and would only be intended to be part of a sharing experience.
